You would think that Sony would be very happy to discount the PlayStation Store games at the request of the developer, but we have been hearing for weeks that the Japanese company is more than helpful in that field. The latest to speak of is Lucas Pope’s return of the Oprah’s fame, which is currently half the price on practically all platforms – except you guessed it, the PlayStation 4
Asked if Sony’s system would get a discount, the Pope replied:
In solitude, it doesn’t make much sense, but this isn’t the first time we’ve heard stories like this. In fact, the eyes of an eagle Reset The poster compiles all of the personal complaints of developers who are unable to discount their games on the PS Store. We can only imagine such ads increasing overall sales for developers, which is reduced by 30 percent from the Japanese giant bags.
This should be very frustrating for teams with their livelihoods, and the PlayStation is usually too large to ignore when you have an installation site – look, this can’t turn out to be a particularly attractive platform for building the PS4. Hopefully this is something the manufacturer can quickly fix because it is undoubtedly a bad look from where we are sitting.
Heck, this author would have bought the Return of the Oprah tin for half price! This is bad news for everyone!
