Kevin Clerkx, physical education teacher at SJB Zonhoven, went in search of an original activity for his students. He found this while making a video on a Netsky song. Even more fun for the students: the Belgian DJ has now responded to their video.

“I got the idea when I heard the song on a live Netsky set in New Zealand,” says Clerckx, professor at SJB Zonhoven, who has been a footballer at Koersel until this season, but has moved. in Betekom. “Since my physical education classes were limited to walking and cycling, it seemed like a fun and rewarding activity for the students where they could change their mind. The students also wanted to give a clear signal that we still have to persevere and that we are almost there.
“The videos were made during physical education classes, but we also received help from the PO teachers and the X-mos team. Here the students had the choice to choose the role they played. Those who didn’t want to be on screen could help invent scenes and create attributes. “
A fun task for students and it gets even better when Netsky responds himself. “Very nice! Good job,” says the DJ.
