Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is ready for her first DLC. At least, if you still feel like it after the huge base game, which had over a hundred hours of playtime. JJ didn’t hit 100 hours. At one point, his sentence disappeared. Despite this, he took a closer look at the first DLC under the name Wrath of the Druids. Because it’s not that he didn’t have a great time with Valhalla. It was so big and so. But now, with new content, the nervousness has returned. In his opinion, is Wrath of the Druids worth picking up alongside the base game? You can find the answer in this Wrath of the Druids review.
Much shorter than the base game
The base game of Valhalla is – if you want to play the game 100% – more than enough to keep you busy for (a very) long time. Play times of over a hundred hours are hardly surprising. Which of course raises the question of whether you need a DLC. In this regard: new content with a new story is always cool. And what makes it even more impressive – and more accessible – is that the main campaign of this new DLC takes around 15 hours of playtime. Much shorter than the base game, which makes the DLC a bit more accessible. Getting started with the DLC is also easy; talk to a lady in the harbor and travel to Ireland. You need to be level 50, but if you’ve played the game a bit, that shouldn’t be a problem according to JJ.
Who is this DLC for?
We are of course not going to reveal how the story of this DLC unfolds. For that we refer you to the video or you can grab the DLC yourself. What we can reveal is that this DLC looks and feels fresh. How cool, of course, you’ll find that answer in this Wrath of the Druids review.
