The six “Friends” weren’t together very often in recent years after the series ended.
Friends will receive a special episode later this month to celebrate the history of the series. The focus was on six friends living in New York City, played by Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer.
Only twice together
The series remains extremely popular with viewers and scored well on Netflix when it was added to the offering. That’s why HBO Max has assembled the cast for a special, which can be seen on May 27.
In an interview with People, Schwimmer said the six cast members weren’t often in one room. “I think we last went together in the same room nine years ago. Until yesterday was the last time. So in the 17 years since the show ended , we haven’t seen each other very often. Do it more often, but that was a long time ago. “
While the actors don’t see each other often, they all say they have a good relationship and talk to each other more often.
