EINDHOVEN – Four containers of six meters by three will be added as an extension of the ‘t Trefpunt meeting point in the Tempel district. The authorization process is ongoing, but President Ge Wonink wants the containers to be in place early next year.

Since the beginning of this year, Archipel has been at the center every day with daytime activities for people with an indication. We have looked at units and asked for various offers, ”says Wonink. “There will be a container with a toilet and a kitchenette, the other three are for activities. It has not yet been determined which tenants will end up in the containers. “
Vegetable gardens
The containers will be placed on the Turnhoutlaan side. The terrace will again be tiled and the greenery will be approached, but the green spaces will remain. There will be a section with vegetable gardens for enthusiasts. Wonink: “Everything is close at hand, the only downside is that people have to go out.”
The containers will provide sufficient space. An upward trend can be observed, especially among Zorgmed participants. Wonink: “We want to be a place for the neighborhood and to reach and involve local residents. Registration is normally done through WIJeindhoven, but those who want to come and have a look may feel free to come on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday morning from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. “
