Earlier on Tuesday, Trump said he would announce his candidate Saturday.
When McCullum mentioned that Judge Barbara Lagova would meet with Trump this weekend, when asked by Barrett why Barrett was a better choice, the senator replied that Barrett was “someone who has devoted his entire life to conservative policies, especially rhetoric and originality, including policies.”
