Samsung has discontinued the Android 11 update for the Galaxy S10, S10 Plus, and S10e. The upgrade would cause various issues, so you temporarily cannot download and install it.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Android 11 update stopped
Samsung recently made Android 11 available for the Galaxy s10, S10 Plus in S10e, but now pause the update. This website reports Sammobile. The major software upgrade would cause several issues, including camera performance issues. The photos would not always be perfectly sharp. Additionally, the S10, S10 Plus, and S10e are said to consume more power, so phones batteries run out faster.
If you Android 11 update already downloaded to your Galaxy S10, you can’t and don’t have to do anything. If your S10 device is still running Android 10, then you have to wait for Samsung to release version 11 again. Presumably, the company is working on solutions to the issues, after which the update will be released again. It is still unclear when this will happen.
Samsung has released the Android 11 update for various devices. Besides Galaxy S10 phones, the latest version of Android is also aimed at users of the Samsung s20, S20 FE, Note 20 (Ultra) in Note 10 (More) to download. In the coming months, the update will also appear for the cheaper ones like the Galaxy a51 in A41.
Updates for the Galaxy S10
Android 11 is the second major update to the Galaxy S10 release. The device will also be updated to Android 12 in the future, as Samsung recently provided its most important smartphones with major software updates for three years.
