In addition to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany combination, Brazil, South Africa and the USA/Mexico combination have also applied to host the 2027 World Cup. FIFA in May next year, it will be determined where the World Cup will take place in four years.

This year, the World Cup will be held in Australia and New Zealand. The tournament begins on July 20.
