The history of women at ETH is a long one, says a press release. By Heart’s mission is to condense it and convert it into a clear and simple formula. The team around artistic director Julian Scheidegger uses language that recalls the fighting traditions of the women’s movement. By linking the well-known gender symbolism to the university’s initials, interpreting the symbol with lots of color and vibrancy, and ultimately putting it on paper in a wild poster style, the impression emerged from a design. somewhat spontaneous and energetic group, which we could share invitations to everyone.
Because it’s all about ETH. The new app tour aims to mobilize us and invite us to visit the ETH Hönggerberg campus and download the app. “Science is Female” guides visitors on their smartphones on an independent tour of the Hönggerberg campus and introduces women to pioneers in science: from the first student to today’s researchers.
The By Heart team worked with officials from ETH to develop a set of metrics related to the main image, now publicizing the screening of the new tour. This has resulted in posters, display banners, floor stickers, advertisements and digital advertising material, which are now being rolled out step by step.
