Parker Community Health Network state health commissioner Howard Zucker said “the COVID-19 vaccine may have been fraudulently transmitted to facilities in other parts of the state in defiance of state guidelines and returned to members of the public – contrary to the state’s plan of first managing the leading healthcare workers, nursing home residents and employees.” Said in a statement.
“We take this very seriously and the DOH will assist the state police in the criminal investigation in this matter,” he added.

The Parker community was not immediately available for comment.
It posted photos of the modern vaccine on its Facebook page on Tuesday, saying its centers had received treatments that morning, five days after it had “authorized” the distribution of the vaccine to individuals who meet certain conditions.
