A review of the Belgravia Ace Cluster Homes is presented here. It is the third phase of the new Belgravia Collection at Belgravia Drive, – freehold strata landed house development that was completed in 2013. On its south is Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, a quiet enclave with a gentle ambiance that is part of the Seletar estate.
A unit of the Tong Eng Group, Fairview Development Pte Ltd is developing and selling Belgravia Ace. Just three terrace units are located here, and the majority are semi-detached houses. Every one of them has a private lift and 5 bedrooms.
The development of such large freehold cluster houses is uncommon. A majority of these developments are smaller and have a small lot size. In Belgravia Ace, however, the grounds are quite large due to it being the largest of the three phases. As a result, it is able to accommodate more gardens, facilities, and landscaping.
With this mix of landed housing and condominium facilities, residents can enjoy the benefits of both worlds. The building will have a pool, spa, gym, fitness area, and BBQ pits with maintenance provided. Furthermore, it is located away from traffic hazards, allowing kids to play freely in a gated community without fear of being hit.
A beautiful home will be built here by Fairview Development, which will be an improvement over the earlier phases. There will be more space in this location, and the finishings and fittings will continue to showcase the commitment to quality.
From Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, Belgravia Drive will provide access to the Belgravia Ace cluster homes. The CTE (Central Expressway) is located 5 minutes away, making Orchard Road and Raffles Place / Marina Bay CBD areas under 25 minutes drive off-peak.
Sales of these Belgravia Ace cluster houses are expected to begin in the second half of 2021. For more information, use the Contact Form.
Belgravia Ace Site Plan, Floor Plan, Price
A new road off Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 gives access to the Belgravia Ace site, called Belgravia Drive. The Green Phase and Belgravia Villas are already separated from the main road by 100 meter wide parks, so it is the innermost of the Belgravia Collection phases, so view Belgravia Ace Showflat now.
North-to-South orientation will be shared by the Belgravia Ace homes as well. It also encourages breezes from the prevailing monsoon winds to pass through, thereby reducing afternoon heat.
Open spaces, as well as landscaped areas, will be visible to residents. It will be possible for residents to participate in outdoor activities throughout the day with the facilities and gardens available. There will be exercise and children’s activity areas on top of the usual pools and BBQ or outdoor cooking pavilions.
Belgravia Ace Developer
Tong Eng Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fairview Developments, is developing the Belgravia Ace homes. There are also quite a few landed homes built by Tong Eng around here. The following properties are not part of this list: Poets Villas, Stratton Park, 8 @ Stratton, Belgravia Park, Belgravia Villas, and Stratton Green. Construction is currently underway on Belgravia Green.
During 2018, Tong Eng was named one of the top 10 developers in Asia by BCI. Among the 2017 Best Housing Development Awards, Belgravia Villas won.
Belgravia Ace Location
Between Ang Mo Kio and Yio Chu Kang, Belgravia Ace is situated within the Seletar Hills enclave of landed housing in Singapore. In Seletar Hills, there are mainly landed residences, ranging from three to five storeys high, with the occasional high-rise apartment or condominium thrown in.
To its south is Belgravia Green and to its north is Stratton Drive, with Belgravia Ace mixed-use development sandwiched between them. Another freehold cluster housing development is located to the west of this site, Este Villas, which sold out within days after its launch over a decade ago.
The average price of each intermediate terrace of Belgravia Ace Price List at the time was $2 million, and they were sold within half a day. Even a new 99-year leasehold apartment of half the size can now cost much less than $2 million (So much has changed in just the last decade alone).
Landed housing estates often lack F&B outlets, shopping centers, or malls within walking distance, as is the case in most areas. There are three nearby major shopping malls which are NEX at Serangoon Central, Compass One at Sengkang Central, and AMK Hub at Ang Mo Kio Town Centre, all within 10 minutes drive.
Food hangouts and food courts in this part of Singapore are Jalan Kayu with its colorful outdoor options, and Serangoon Gardens with Food Centre Chomp Chomp, which has been around for many years.
An MRT station is also not located within walking distance from the Belgravia Ace location. There are two nearby stations, Ang Mo Kio and Yio Chu Kang, which are each about 7 bus stops away.
By car, the travel time to the stations should be approximately five minutes off-peak. Located on the North-South MRT line that runs down to Orchard Road, Raffles Place, and Marina Bay, both stations have easy access to the city.
