Belgravia Ace Site Plan, Floor Plan, Price

A new road off Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 gives access to the Belgravia Ace site, called Belgravia Drive. The Green Phase and Belgravia Villas are already separated from the main road by 100 meter wide parks, so it is the innermost of the Belgravia Collection phases, so view Belgravia Ace Showflat now.

North-to-South orientation will be shared by the Belgravia Ace homes as well. It also encourages breezes from the prevailing monsoon winds to pass through, thereby reducing afternoon heat.

Open spaces, as well as landscaped areas, will be visible to residents. Belgravia Ace Location    

Between Ang Mo Kio and Yio Chu Kang, Belgravia Ace is situated within the Seletar Hills enclave of landed housing in Singapore. In Seletar Hills, there are mainly landed residences, ranging from three to five storeys high, with the occasional high-rise apartment or condominium thrown in.

To its south is Belgravia Green and to its north is Stratton Drive, with Belgravia Ace mixed-use development sandwiched between them. Another freehold cluster housing development is located to the west of this site, Este Villas, which sold out within days after its launch over a decade ago.

Food hangouts and food courts in this part of Singapore are Jalan Kayu with its colorful outdoor options, and Serangoon Gardens with Food Centre Chomp Chomp, which has been around for many years.

An MRT station is also not located within walking distance from the Belgravia Ace location. There are two nearby stations, Ang Mo Kio and Yio Chu Kang, which are each about 7 bus stops away.

By car, the travel time to the stations should be approximately five minutes off-peak. Located on the North-South MRT line that runs down to Orchard Road, Raffles Place, and Marina Bay, both stations have easy access to the city.
