RIO LINDA (CBS 13) – Despite the new curfew order, hundreds of people were trapped in camera partitions on Saturday night in Rio Linda as if there was no infection at an entrance home.
Neighbors saw, heard, and complained about the big event last night.
Neighbors said cars were piled up on both sides of the road, leaving a lot of music and plenty of rubbish left.
The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department said it received 14 separate calls from 8:15 pm to 10:45 pm regarding the party, which took place on 20th Street in Elcorn Boulevard.
A spokesman for the sheriff’s office said the party ended automatically as delegates arrived at the scene around 11 p.m.
Saturday night marked the first official night of Gov. News’ statewide statewide curfew order for the purple-tier districts. The curfew order is that no meetings or essential businesses are allowed to take place or remain open from 10 pm to 5 am

Randy Ekman, who lives at the end of the block, said this is not the first time this has happened. He said another party took place two weeks ago. Ekman said it was irresponsible to have this type of event during epidemics.
“You had several hundred people there, and when I last drove away, there was no one wearing a mask,” Ekman said. “If we want to deal with this epidemic quickly, we need to lock up and start doing what we need to do.”
