Heerenveen now also Fixi for public space reports

Broken lamppost, overflowing trash can or fallen tree? From July 6, the municipality of Heerenveen will use the Fixi notification system for notifications in public areas. Residents can easily submit a report to the municipality via the website or app.

Alderman Jaap van Veen: “With Fixi, it’s not only easier for residents to report, we can also better see how residents experience our services. Anyone who reports via the app remains informed of the processing via the system and can give an assessment afterwards. This way we can continuously improve our services.

You can create a Fixi report in different ways

Reporting is very easy. The user indicates the location, possibly takes a photo, fills in their contact details and sends the report. Anyone wishing to be kept informed of progress can provide their email address. This data is only used to process the report.

Residents can download the app for free from the Appstore or Google Playstore. You can also report via the website www.heerenveen.nl/fixi. Calling (14 05 13) or texting (06 14 39 95 59) will also remain possible.
