“We all tried to figure this out,” he said. “We have all made very difficult decisions. We continue to make very difficult decisions.”
He added: “I agree with Governor Whitmer, nine months and if you look back at the hundreds of decisions we need to make quickly, you can see some things you can improve on.”
Hogan also said that the governors on the front lines of the war were better united than they were in Washington.
“Unlike Washington, where we see so much division and breakdown, governors do not always agree, but we certainly tried to come together throughout this crisis and help each other,” Hogan said.
