The design of the GMC Hummer EV pickup truck was leaked in an ad ahead of today’s release event.
GM is preparing to release the GMC Hummer EV, which it describes as an electric “super truck,” tonight at 8 p.m.
The automaker has been teasing the vehicle with video and teaser images for months, but until now we have not had a full view of the electric pickup design.
The first look at the exterior design of the vehicle is now available for an ad that was leaked before the event.
GMC has produced an ad to promote GMC Hummer EV bookings and media content has been leaked to forums.

The vehicle shown in the ad is said to be “simulated” and “the actual production model may vary”, but this does not mean that it is not the design of the vehicle – it is not an actual image.
Seth Weintraub of Electric, who saw the Hummer EV prototype on GM’s EV Day earlier this year, says the vehicle is very similar to what he saw that day. “This is definitely a Hummer”
GM has also released a list of features for the new electric pickup truck:
- 1,000 horsepower
- 11,500 lb-ft of torque
- Open space infinity roof
- Modular sky panels
- Acceleration from 0 to 60 mph in 3 seconds
- Adrenaline mode
- Crab mode
- Ultium battery
- Super fast charging
- Next General Super Cruise
- Ultra Vision Camera
Between those features and the picture, we already have a good idea of what the Hummer EV is all about, but we’ll look at the whole truck and all of its features later today.

Obviously, this is not for everyone. This is a big truck. It can be expensive and not really efficient.
But it will be cold enough to get people buying these types of trucks to go for electricity.
It will be interesting to see how this works.
I’m very interested to see how it is obtained, because there is really nothing like it.
