Georgia added the ESPN Junior 300 defensive challenge Tire West Wednesday for its 2022 class.
The first-place finisher from West and Georgia, who finished 8th overall in the class, opted for Bulldogs for offers in Alabama, Florida, Oregon, LSU and Tennessee.
West is 6-foot-3, 270-pounds from Tift County High School in Tifton, Georgia. He is already joining the strong 2022 class for Kirby Smart and his staff. Along with the West, Georgia has three more ESPN Junior 300 obligations, all of which belong to the state of Georgia.
West is at the very top, followed by the athlete Theon Boy From Bainbridge, Georgia, ranked 15th. Cornerback Marquis Groves-Gillebru The 6-foot, 180-pound defender from Brookwood High School in Snowville, Georgia, is the 73rd overall pick. Linebacker C.J. Washington It ranks 110th overall and is 6-foot-2, 205-pounds from Cidertown, Georgia.
When staff started with its 2022 efforts, it was not done with the 2021 class. In the current cycle, there are 13 ESPN 300 obligations in Georgia, which are recruited in the state Smell Monton, Bitter Mims, Brock Vandocrif, David Daniel And Micah Morris. Georgia is currently ranked 7th in 2021.
Rankings for the 2022 cycle have not yet been released, but with the West on board, Georgia now joins Oklahoma as the fourth-largest ESPN Junior 300. Seven.
