Call for the Zeeland Architecture Prize

MIDDELBURG – CBK Zeeland, together with the Zeeuws Architectenplatform and the PZC, will organize the Zeeland Architecture Prize 2021. This prize rewards the achievements of 2020.

The award ceremony is on the occasion of National Architecture Day. The theme is Architecture-Climate in the Zeeland Landscape. These keywords form the basis for judging entries. All projects are welcome.

Invitation

The jury invites everyone – architects, contractors, developers, suppliers, but also the general public – to let us know what you think is Zeeland’s most beautiful building of the past year by 7 April at the latest. This can include new construction and renovations, urban development projects and landscaping.

Visible

The organizers of the competition want as many people as possible to see the value of a quality living environment and to make contemporary Zeeland architecture visible, accessible and negotiable. A list is drawn up from the registrations, which can be voted on via the PZC website. On Friday June 18, the eve of National Architecture Day 2021, the five nominated jury projects will be visited for a final judgment. Subsequently, the Jury Prize and the Audience Prize will be awarded.
