What boat?

One of the hallmarks of one of the oldest sporting events in the world is that the defender can determine what type of competition boat the next America’s Cup will be in. The next edition will take place in the AC75, like the last time. We will find out later where the America’s Cup will be. This also applies to the date of the event.

The match is a match race. This is a unique competition format in which two boats compete against each other in an open arena. If there are more challengers than the British who want to compete with the seated champion, these challengers must first fight against each other in the Prada Cup. The winner of the Prada Cup can face the title holder ETNZ in the grand final, the real America’s Cup. Will INEOS Team UK reach the 37th America’s Cup final?
