Rons Allen, Bishop of Ohio, has passed away. He is 71 years old.
The news of his death was delivered by Bishop Robert G., Adjutant General of the Church of God in Christ. Rudolph Jr. formally announced. “Almighty and all-knowing God has called His servant, Bishop Rance Lee Allen, For eternal rest, ”says the official note.
Allen is best known as the lead singer of the Rance Allen ensemble, which he co-founded with his brothers Thomas and Steve Allen. Together, they designed classics such as “Miracle Worker” and “You That I Trust”. Bishop Allen also served Clark sisters, As well as the mother of the group, the late Dr. Mattie Moss Clark. She appeared with the sisters on the 1989 album “Believe in Him” Bringing it home. In 1981, a television tribute was paid to Dr. Clark.
Allen, who has always been dedicated to the ministry, served as pastor at New Bethel Church in Christchurch, Toledo, Ohio.
In the aforementioned report Allen’s family runs a private memorial service for the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ellen Mary Allen.
