Activision sued Netflix for hunting down a former CFO

Activision Blizzard is suing Netflix over its former CFO, Spencer Newman.

In a lawsuit filed in California court this week Discovered by a Hollywood reporter, Accuses Activision Blizzard of intentionally interfering with Netflix agreement, unfair competition, and aiding and abetting breach of trust duty.

Newman left the Activision blizzard in December 2018 and began working as CFO for Netflix next month.

Activision is seeking a permanent restraining order against Netflix for harassing Activision employees in the future, as well as paying additional damages.
